Refund policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Unless it’s a Pre-order item. If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

We would love for every item to fit in a perfect world. We understand that a perfect world is impossible. We would love to keep a smile on your face, so you will have 5 days from the delivery date to return your item for a store credit. Items must be returned in its original condition. Items will be inspected FIRST, before issuing store credit.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@effeminebtq.com. You will receive an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. Tracking is issued on ALL orders via email provided at checkout.

All of these items are Final Sale! We will not accept any returns for these items under any circumstances. Please be mindful when ordering these items. 

We do not offer Refunds.

We do not offer Exchanges.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
